Three layers. Buy one, two, or all three.
A custom website, an operations hub that fits how your firm actually works, or back-of-house automation that quietly removes the work nobody wants to do. Built in weeks, not months. You work directly with the same person who designs, builds, and deploys the system.
Discovery is free. We reply within 24 hours.

Pilot Project
A two-week build of one workflow we've already named in Discovery. Small enough to commit to without a Hub-sized contract; real enough to put working software in your team's hands. Convertible at full credit against a Hub if we keep working together within 60 days.
What we build
One workflow rebuilt as working software. Single-page or single-flow scope, branded, deployed, documented, and turned over to your day-to-day office manager. The Pilot is not a prototype, it is the first piece of the system in production.
What is typically included
- Discovery findings document scoped to the workflow we are building
- Single-workflow web app: Next.js + Sanity + Neon, hosted on Vercel
- Branded UI matched to your firm, not a generic template
- Login, role-based access, and audit trail if the workflow needs it
- Working hand-off to one named operator on your team plus a 15-minute walkthrough video
- Full price credits 100% against a subsequent Operations Hub if we keep working together within 60 days
When this is the right fit
- You want to see what working with us is actually like before a Hub-sized engagement
- There is one painful workflow your team would pay to have rebuilt this month, even if the rest waits
- You prefer to test trust on a small build rather than commit to a long discovery upfront
Out of scope
- Multi-workflow builds (those are Operations Hub scope)
- Public-facing marketing sites (those are Site scope)
- Standalone AI pipelines without a workflow surface (those are Automation scope)

Site
A custom website built from scratch. Real typography, performance discipline, and a CMS your team can actually update without calling us. We rebuild from a clean canvas; we do not patch existing sites.
What we build
A single-page or short multi-page site, designed to fit your firm and built on Next.js with Sanity as the CMS. Hand-tuned type, considered motion, fast on the devices your prospects actually use.
What is typically included
- Custom design and layouts, not a theme or template
- Sanity CMS so your team can edit copy, swap images, and publish news
- Performance and accessibility passes (LCP under 2 seconds, AA contrast)
- Vercel hosting, custom domain wiring, and basic analytics
- 30 days of post-launch support for content tweaks
When this is the right fit
- Your existing site is a generic Wix or Squarespace template that no longer fits the firm
- You want a public surface that signals authority, not generic SaaS aesthetic
- You will not have a marketing person on staff and need something low-maintenance
Out of scope
- Cleanup or incremental edits on an existing WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace site
- Multilingual content beyond a second language at launch
- Custom e-commerce, gated portals, or member areas (those live in Operations Hub)

Layer 2
From $6,500

Operations Hub
Custom workflow software that fits how your firm actually operates, not how generic SaaS thinks it should. Replaces the three or four overlapping tools your team is already paying for. Training delivers to the day-to-day office manager, not the owner.
What we build
A multi-user web app for the work your firm runs every day. Login, role-based access, the workflows you described in discovery, and the reports your owner reads on Monday morning. Modules selected and shaped during scoping.
What is typically included
- Discovery-mapped workflows turned into screens, forms, and dashboards
- Authentication, role-based access, and an audit trail
- Vertical-specific modules selected from the catalog below
- Integrations with the tools your firm keeps (QuickBooks, Outlook, Stripe, etc.)
- Deployment, basic monitoring, and a real operator handoff
When this is the right fit
- Your team is paying for three or four SaaS tools that almost solve the problem
- You spend a full afternoon every week stitching exports, spreadsheets, and email
- There is a workflow specific to your vertical that no off-the-shelf tool gets right
Out of scope
- Generic CRM features that live just as well in HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Mobile-native apps (the hub is a fast responsive web app, accessible on phones)
- Anything that should remain in your accounting system of record
Module catalog
What an Operations Hub looks like in your vertical.
The base build covers auth, roles, dashboards, and reporting. The modules you actually need depend on what your firm does. Discovery picks the set.
Insurance brokerages
Policy lifecycle dashboard, renewal queues, broker activity tracking, AMS integration, and the producer-friendly views your team actually wants to look at.
Accounting firms
Engagement tracking, document portal, deadline calendar, client task assignment, and the routine reports that turn into a Friday afternoon when done by hand.
Mortgage brokers
Application pipeline, lender submission tracking, document collection workflow, and a status portal for clients so they stop calling for updates.
Physiotherapy clinics
Treatment plan tracking, assessment forms, outcome measures, intake automation, and the front-desk workflow your team negotiates around three SaaS tools.
Engineering firms
Project lifecycle, milestone tracking, drawing version control, time-on-project reporting, and the dashboards principals look at before billing.
Construction firms
Project hub linking jobs, subcontractors, materials, change orders, and inspections. Built with the field in mind, not just the office.

Layer 3
From $8,000
Ships in 8 to 16 weeks
Automation
Document processing, classification, and back-of-house pipelines. Layered onto an existing Hub or run standalone for firms that just need the manual work to disappear.
What we build
Pipelines that handle the repetitive document work nobody wants to do. Intake, classification, extraction, and routing. The output is structured data your team works from instead of a folder full of PDFs.
What is typically included
- Document intake from email, scanner, or upload
- OCR and structured extraction for the document types your firm handles
- Classification and routing based on rules you define in plain language
- A review queue for anything the model is not confident about
- An audit log so you can see what the system did and when
When this is the right fit
- Your team handles a recurring document pattern (invoices, claims, applications, intakes) and spends hours on it weekly
- You already have a Hub or a system of record we can post results into
- You want to keep humans in the loop for review, not remove them
Out of scope
- Public-facing chatbots or AI assistants on your website
- Anything that hands a final decision to the model without operator review
- Generative content for marketing or social media
After launch
Three ways we keep working.
Most engagements roll into a recurring band at delivery. The right band depends on how much movement you want from the system after launch.
Care
$150 to $250 / month1 to 2 hours / month
Light upkeep so the system you launched stays current. Small content updates, dependency upgrades, the occasional tweak when something a regulator changed needs to ripple through. We do not build new features in Care; we keep what is there working.
- Content edits, copy swaps, image updates
- Dependency and security patches
- Quarterly check-ins
Grow
$500 to $1,000 / month4 to 8 hours / month
More room to push the system forward. Care plus a steady stream of small improvements every month, plus marketing modules if you want them. New reports, refined workflows, content programs. The system gets better month over month, not just preserved.
- Everything in Care
- Small feature additions and refinements
- Marketing modules (content, SEO, growth campaigns) when scoped in
- Monthly review and roadmap
Partner
$1,500 to $3,000 / month15 to 25 hours / month
Ongoing capacity inside your firm. We meet weekly, ship feature work continuously, and act as the technology team you do not have to hire. Strategic advisory, larger feature builds, partner-level integrations. Capacity is capped at 3 to 4 firms at a time.
- Everything in Grow
- Weekly working sessions
- Larger feature builds and integrations
- Strategic advisory on technology decisions
Out-of-scope work runs at $150 per hour. Monthly auto-renew with 30 days notice either side.
Discovery is bundled at $0
Every engagement opens with a Discovery phase. Named at $650 of value; we run it free. You get a written read on what is actually broken before any contract is signed.
Indicative ranges. Final scope and price are set after Discovery and may be revised.
